Quality Materials
Weather it is Canvas or Upholstery the BEST materials are STANDARD!! If purchasing a custom enclosure our standard material list includes Sunbrella Material, SolarFix PTFE Lifetime Thread, Strataglass or O'Sea Pressed Polished Windows, and #10 Heavy Duty YKK Zippers.

For Upholstery we will only use vinyl with a UV Rating at 1000 Hours or more! Every single piece of vinyl is pre-stitched for 1/4" Sewing foam before the pattern is stitched together. This gives the cover more strength. Speaking of strength and longevity SolarFix 2400 PTFE Lifetime thread is standard on ALL Upholstery Jobs. Factory seat's typically last about 15/20 year's if taken care of. You should expect the same life if not longer with our upholstery process.
